2) whatever contact information you would like to share (with the World), including e-mail address, etc.

3) a biography: this may include awards, education, etc.

4) a description of your work and any other info

5) a sample of one or two of your works; these should be very short samples or very short poems or a photo (in
"gif" or "jpeg"/"jpg" form)

6) a photo of yourself ("gif" or "jpeg"/"jpg" form.)

7) any categories you feel you could be listed under/as (photographer, portrait artist...)

This information should be e-mailed all at once, however, photos, or other lesser info may be excluded initially.
