| Coffee Talk Series An Evening of Poetry & Prose Art That Heals, Inc. has created a series of poetry & prose events that we like to call “Coffee Talk." The public is invited to these free performances to experience featured readers from all over the Rio Grande Valley and other parts of Texas. Coffee Talk also showcases an open mic. These readers must sign up at the event with the Master of Ceremonies. There is no admission fee, but we request a canned food item from guests. We may be outdoors so participants should dress accordingly. (In case of foul weather, we will move indoors. This is a rain or shine event!) The coffee is free! There are pastries & used books/CDs for sale.
